The full-screen walkthrough KDMLink shows after install or an update that ships features worth announcing.

What's New Walkthrough

KDMLink occasionally shows a short, full-screen walkthrough when you open the app — a handful of swipeable pages, each with a short looping demo clip, introducing a feature from a recent update.

Not every update shows one:

This only appears for updates that ship something worth walking through. Routine updates and bug fixes don't trigger it, so you won't see it every time you update the app.

When it appears

The walkthrough shows once, automatically, the first time you reach the main app after installing KDMLink or after updating to a version with new walkthrough content — you don't need to do anything to trigger it. Once you've seen a given walkthrough, KDMLink remembers that and won't show it again unless a later update ships new content.

Drag to rearrange, add the widgets you want, remove the rest.

Getting through it

  • Swipe left/right, or tap Next, to move between pages. Progress dots at the bottom show where you are.
  • Skip (top right) closes the walkthrough immediately from any page except the last.
  • On the last page, Skip is replaced by Done, since that's how you'd normally finish it.
  • On Android, the system back button also closes it.
